– Каким, по вашему мнению, должен быть доход судьи, его материальное состояние?

– Доход судьи должен обеспечивать реальное удовлетворение ежедневных бытовых потребностей (и на отпуск должно оставаться). Полагаю, что даже в наших непростых экономических условиях, размер ежемесячного денежного содержания начинающего судьи должен стартовать от суммы, эквивалентной  $1,5-2 тыс. Судья должен быть независимым не только процессуально, но и в материальном плане.
